How it works
- Choose a pack and book
Call or email with your pack and move date. A few days' notice is ideal.
- We drop off clean totes
They arrive at your door before moving day. Pack at your own pace.
- We pick up the empties
Unpack, stack the totes by the door, and we come get them.

Where we deliver
We deliver and pick up within about 50 miles of Avon Lake, across Northeast Ohio. Our own family runs every drop-off, so if you're not sure we reach your street, call and ask. You'll talk to one of us, not a call center.
Questions
Is there a deposit?
No upfront deposit. We keep your card on file and only charge it if a tote goes missing or comes back cracked or broken: $25 per tote.
What counts as damage?
Cracked walls or broken lids. Scuffs, dust, and normal wear from a move are fine.
Can I keep the totes longer than a week?
Yes. Each extra week is $40 flat, no matter which pack you rented.
Do I have to break them down like boxes?
No. Empty totes nest and stack. Leave them by the door when you're done.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days ahead is best so we can schedule your drop-off. Call about last-minute moves and we'll do what we can.
What if my move date changes?
Give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll reschedule for free or refund you in full. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice aren't refundable.
