Coastal Tote Rentals ("we," "us," "our") rents moving totes in Northeast Ohio, within about 50 miles of Avon Lake, OH. This policy explains what we collect when you book and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name and contact details (email and phone)
- Your delivery address, so we can drop off and pick up the totes
- Payment details, which Stripe processes. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your rental details: the pack you chose, your dates, and any extra weeks
How we use it
- To schedule your delivery and pickup
- To take payment through Stripe, and to charge the fees described in our Terms of Service
- To contact you about your rental: confirmations, reminders, and any problems
- To calculate and collect sales tax
We contact you only about your booking. We do not send marketing emails or texts.
Who we share it with
Only what is needed to run the rental. Stripe processes all payments, under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, except records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons. Email us to make a request.
